About Wedge Mounts, Series DBO

Dynemech Wedge Mounts, Series DBO (Wedge Mounts- Bolt On-Centered Hole) are designed for highly dynamic and precision industrial machinery which requires bolting to the isolator.

A large, centred hole instead of two eccentric hole, allows for heavy duty grouting or fixing of the machine to the isolator for added strength.Ã

The adjustable bolt has been retained at an offset position to allow for centre wedge movement and precise levelling and height adjustment.Ã

DBO Series Wedge Mounts can be supplied with and without the vibration absorption insulation plates.

For enhanced vibration isolation and decreased vibration travel, we can bolt the machine with insulating discs.Ã The machine, hence, can be fixed securely to the foundation with no shifting/displacement thanks to high coefficient of friction and anti-skid properties of Dynemech insulation plates.Ã

NOTE: Insulating discs , heavy duty anchor bolt, washers and nutsÃ are optional accessories and not part ofÃ standard supply.Ã
