About Wedge Mounts Series DBP

Dynemech Wedge Mounts, Series DBP ( Wedge-Mounts-Bolt on-DBP-HEIGHT-100/150MM) are designed for industrial machinery that require precision levelling, vibration damping along with bolting to the isolator and installed at a raised height of 100 or 150mm.

Series DBP have a height of 100/150mm at mean position to help proper cleaning and repairing under the machine, under TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) guidelines.

Series DBP, find application in all industrial machinery especially, automobile industry and ancillary units .

A Long bolt supplied with the mounts can be fixed into any one of the 2 tapped holes on the bottom plate of the wedge and respective through holes in the top wedge plate. After placing the machine foot on the wedge mount, the nut is tightened with minimum torque which makes the machine foot and all three wedges in place together firmly.
