About Wedge Mounts, Series DFSP

Dynemech Wedge Mounts, Series DFSP (Wedge Mounts- Free Standing with Spherical Positioners)

Series DFSP combines the benefits of precision machine levelling, increased alignment accuracies and vibration damping.

SPHERICAL POSITIONERS are designed to transmit the load of the machine to the ground through wedge mounts at 90 despite the angle difference between machine base and foundation, besides ensuring intimate mating surfaces.

A fully secure Spherical Positioner is necessary to relieve any stresses which could build up in the machine base, due to floor irregularities.

The pressure and weight on the insulation plates is evenly distributed. Thus, better alignment of the machine is possible.

Free standing arrangement ensures precision adjustment to obtain very fine alignment, besides easier readjustments.

Variations are available for Series DFSP series with or without vibration insulation damping plates. Dynemech is open to the idea of developing customer specific requirements.
