About Wedge Mounts - Series DF Wedge Mounts Series DF (Free Standing)

Dynemech Wedge Mounts, Series DF (Wedge Mounts- Free Standing)are designed for industrial machinery that require precision levelling, vibration absorption and stable support.

This finds application in machines such as injection-molding machines, lathes with long beds, CNC machine centres, and other machines used in engineering industry, plastics industry, machine tool industry, textiles, steel industry etc.

This three-piece wedge mount has a centrally located adjustable bolt which moves the centre wedge between the top & bottom wedges.

These three machined wedges are held together by a horizontal adjusting bolt and the retaining pin. Guiding the wedges on the key provides accurate levelling and the retaining pin secures the mount in the levelled position.

Anti - skid plate is provided on the top wedge; therefore, machines are installed as free standing. Greater supporting area ensures solidity, rigidity, and stable machine installation.

Vibration Control is possible through assembling respective Dynemech insulation plates, depending upon the type and frequency of vibration generated by the machines.
